Step 1) All families, please watch our informational video. Then, fill out the Interest form.

Step 2) An email will be sent to you with a link to schedule a new family intake meeting. (Please check your SPAM folder.) During this meeting, families will learn about BGVA, have an opportunity to ask questions and understand the commitments students and parents can expect with online learning.

Step 3) After completing the intake meeting and you decide to enroll with BGVA, and after acknowledge both the student and parent/guardian have watched the videos, we will forecast your student for enrollment. If we require any additional information to complete your enrollment, you will receive communication from our registrar, Dawn Hunt with the next steps. High school students must watch an additional onboarding video and take a short quiz.

Step 4) Upon enrollment, student and parent/guardian will be sent an enrollment “Welcome Letter” outlining the onboarding process which includes platform login details and staff contact information.
